Florida vs. Auburn: LIVE BLOG and updates for Week 6!

The No. 10 Florida Gators are set to host the No. 7 Auburn Tigers in the first Top 10 matchup that Ben Hill Griffin Stadium has hosted since 2012, today at 3:30 P.M.
Expect this game to be won in the trenches, as both Auburn and Florida boast terrific defensive lines. Auburn is also very steady on their offensive line, but Florida has some of the best pass-rushing production in the nation this year. While both teams are immensely talented on both sides of the ball, whoever wins in the trenches is going to win in the end.

LIVE BLOG
7:05 P.M.: Bo Nix throws his third interception on the day - this time to cornerback Marco WIlson. That'll seal it here in The Swamp.
6:43 P.M.: Lamical Perine breaks free on an 88 yard TOUCHDOWN! Gators extend their lead to 24-13, with 9:04 left in the game.
6:40 P.M.: Being a true freshman QB playing in The Swamp caught up to Auburn QB Bo Nix, as he ran backwards into a 22 yard sack on a key third down in Gators territory with less than 10 minutes left in the game. Auburn punted and Florida takes over at the 12.
6:33 P.M.: 90,584 in attendance for Florida vs. Auburn.
6:32 P.M.: Florida was booming in the passing game on this drive until Kyle Trask was strip-sacked for the third time today, this time by defensive tackle Derrick Brown. Trask's pocket presence has been his biggest issue through his three starts.
Auburn has the ball at their own 40, down by four points, with 11:28 left.
6:22 P.M.: Donovan Stiner intercepts Bo Nix in the end zone after Auburn moved down the field for the first time all game. HUGE sigh of relief for Florida, with 30 seconds left in the third quarter.
6:06 P.M.: Auburn QB Bo Nix is 0/3 when targeting Gators cornerback C.J. Henderson today, with Henderson recording two pass breakups.
5:59 P.M.: Florida and Auburn have exchanged a whole lot of nothing in the second half, with both offenses stalling.
5:33 P.M.: I believe the Gators need to utilize Emory Jones in the second half to keep Kyle Trask healthy and help prevent turnovers from pressure. Do you agree?
Definitely play both QBs, but snaps need to be split completely based on the situation.

5:22 P.M.: Talk about a half of football. Trask has returned from his injury and is back in the game for Florida as they hold a 17-13 lead over Auburn at halftime.
5:11 P.M.: Trask has returned to the sidelines for Florida but did not enter the game on offense. Florida was forced to punt following Emory Jones' second drive, so it will be interesting to see who's out at QB on the next drive.
5:05 P.M.: Gators QB Kyle Trask suffered an injury and went to the locker room. Emory Jones entered at QB and Florida marched down the field to put three points up, making the score Florida 17, Auburn 6.
4:53 P.M.: Bo Nix completes a deep pass to Seth Williams for an Auburn touchdown. Marco Wilson was in coverage, and both he and Donovan Stiner missed a tackle at the goalline. Stiner was hurt on the play. Now a one-point game at 14-13... probably not the case if Florida punted instead of an unnecessary fake attempt.
4:47 P.M.: Auburn doesn't bite on Tommy Townsend's fake punt, stopping him on a rushing attempt and taking over at the Gators 33.
4:35 P.M.: Kyle Trask --> Josh Hammond on an underneath crosser, that Hammond takes in for a Gators touchdown! Just how I predicted this past week.
Florida 14, Auburn 6. 13:28 left in 2Q.
4:32 P.M.: Florida's defense is going to carry this team this year. Following another fumble on offense, Shawn Davis makes a crafty interception off of Bo Nix and takes it back to Florida territory. The junior safety just keeps on impressing.
4:26 P.M.: Trask gets strip-sacked once again (this time by Marlon Davidson), Auburn's Derrick Brown recovers and takes it back to the Florida 35. That's Trask second fumble today. End of the first quarter.
4:25 P.M.: Emory Jones is in the game at QB for the Gators in the redzone. Is this how Florida plans on using him going forward?
Trask comes back in on second down.
4:23 P.M.: Auburn muffs a punt that Florida recovered by the Gators at the Auburn 2 yard line! However, Kyree Campbell gets called for unsportsmanlike conduct and Florida moves back to the 17 yard line.
4:17 P.M.: Anders Carlson is good from 39 yards out, which narrows Florida's lead to 7-6. 3:01 left in 1Q.
4:10 P.M.: RB Dameon Pierce fumbles on 1st down and Auburn takes over at the Florida 44. Pierce was shaken up on the play but walked off the field with trainers.
4:02 P.M.: Auburn kicker Anders Carlson nails a 48 yard field goal to make the score Florida 7, Auburn 3. 7:11 left in 1Q.
3:58 P.M.: Kyle Trask gets sacked by cornerback Christian Tutt and fumbles on play action. Auburn takes over in their own territory at the 39.
3:55 P.M.: Auburn goes 3 and out on back to back drives to start the game. Everyone talked up Auburn's defensive line this week, it felt Florida's front seven went under the radar. What an elite group.
Florida gets the ball on their own 23 after the punt.
3:51 P.M.: This crowd noise is absolutely deafening, and it's getting to Auburn and QB Bo Nix. They burn a timeout with 12:22 left in the first quarter on 3rd and 1.
3:45 P.M.: It wasn't the guy I predicted, but it was the type of offense.
Kyle Trask completes a pass on a slant to WR Freddie Swain that he takes 64 yards for a #Gators touchdown!
Florida 7, Auburn 0.
3:42 P.M.: As expected, crowd noise and Florida's pass rush will be a huge issue for Auburn's freshman QB Bo Nix today. This stadium is going crazy, and Jonathan Greenard recorded a QB pressure and tackle on the first drive. Auburn goes 3-and-out and punts.
3:35 P.M.: Florida wins the coin toss and elects to defer, Auburn will get the ball first. It's go time.
3:21 P.M.: Several NFL teams have sent scouts to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium today for Florida vs. Auburn. The Dallas Cowboys, New York Jets, and Seattle Seahawks are in attendance, with plenty of NFL talent on both squads.
3:08 P.M.: Gators announce Donovan Stiner is starting opposite of Brad Stewart at safety. Wonder if Shawn Davis will play after he struggled in warmups coming off of an injury.
3:00 P.M.: Some recruiting news - Eastside High School (Gainesville, FL) and Gators 2020 QB commit Anthony Richardson will be in attendance today, according to a source. There were concerns that the QB could miss today's action after he suffered a potentially season-ending injury on Thursday night.
Richardson joins plenty of high-profile recruits here for Florida vs. Auburn, including legacy target RB E.J. Smith (Jesuit - Dallas, TX), OL Marcus Dumervil (St. Thomas Aquinas - Fort Lauderdale, FL), OL Issiah Walker (Norland - Miami, FL), WR Trevonte Rucker (Vanguard - Ocala, FL), among others. The biggest game at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium this season led to a huge recruiting guest list, which you can check out at GatorCountry.com.
Walker committed to Florida 30 minutes before kickoff, and was seen discussing his commitment with head coach Dan Mullen prior to the game.
Mullen with four-star 2020 OL Issiah Walker just now. Mullen asked him if he wanted to be a Gator. I couldn’t make out what he answered. But you can see Mullen’s reaction @InsideTheGators pic.twitter.com/3hZVEqetUs
