Spring football is just around the corner for the Seminoles and there is plenty of optimism and energy enveloping the program following a ten-win campaign in 2022. Florida State has a chance to climb even further this upcoming season with a number of key veterans, production transfers, and promising young talent stocking the roster.

On Thursday, FSU announced that the team will begin spring practice on Monday, March 6. The Seminoles will practice three times in five days before taking about a week and a half off for the university's spring break. The team will return to the practice field on Tuesday, March 21, to conclude a session of 13 practices leading up to the Garnet & Gold Spring Showcase on April 15 at 4 p.m. inside Doak Campbell Stadium.

Just like last year, the Seminoles will have one final practice (Monday, April 17) following the exhibition. It gives the coaching staff a chance to go through corrections with the players after reviewing the tape from the showcase.

Two other important dates to note for Florida State. The team will hold one of its final Tour of Duty workouts of the year on Thursday, March 2.

The Seminoles also shared that Florida State's annual Pro Day is scheduled for Friday, March 31. Though a list of participants hasn't been released yet, former players such as Jammie Robinson, Robert Cooper, Dillan Gibbons, Ontaria Wilson, Cam McDonald, Leonard Warner III, Jarques McClellion, Jazston Turnetine, and Wyatt Rector, among others, are expected to be in attendance to work out in front of NFL scouts,

FSU's slate of spring practices will provide an opportunity for the first look at a highly-anticipated group of transfers, true freshmen, and junior college players. The schedule will also give the Seminoles plenty of chances to get recruits on campus to view the product that is building in Tallahassee.

Here's a look at the full schedule.
