The Seminoles will be back on the field on Tuesday evening to open up their slate of spring practices. With less than 48 hours remaining until Florida State gets back to work, the program released its 2024 spring media guide and provided a roster update in the process. There were plenty of things to take note of but the most notable were weight changes for returning players and newcomers.

31 players across FSU's roster have put on four or more pounds since January, including ten who have gained 10+ pounds. The Seminoles are going to be as large and as strong as they've ever been under fifth-year head coach Mike Norvell. A lot of that credit can go to Director of Strength and Conditioning, Josh Storms, and the Tour of Duty.

Let's take a look at a few of the players who made changes. We kept the criteria to a minimum gain or loss of four pounds.
