Ellis Robinson IV and IMG Academy started the weekend with a bang against a team from up North; meanwhile, some of his future teammates are on the gridiron this Friday down in the South. Here's another Friday Night Lights preview.

The University of Georgia's 2024 recruiting class got bigger with the commitment of linebacker Chris Cole out of Virginia. He now makes this extremely talented group have a total of 27 commits. He and many of his future teammates have started their seasons extremely well under the Friday Night Lights, but the competition will only begin to heat up. Some Dawgs are taking over across the countries, but others are previewed in the Peach State.

Dylan Raiola and Jaden Perlotte are back in action this week after a bye week last Friday. The high school powerhouse of Buford has started their season with a 3-0 record and looks to continue it this week against a 1-2 Carver (Arlanra) team. 3-star safety and Akron commit Rodrick Hunter, plus fellow 3-star safety and Arkansas St. commit Joshua Stone, will do their best to stop a potent offense from Buford.

West Toronto Prep traveled to Florida to take on Ellis Robinson IV and IMG Academy. Robinson and company obliterated them, winning the game 96-0 at halftime, yes, halftime. IMG had scored 51 points in the first quarter alone and 45 more in the second quarter. Their defense put up three safeties, a couple of scoop and scores, and pure dominance on the field for their senior night.

Elyiss Williams and Camden County play Somerset Academy from Florida. Somerset comes into this game with a 2-1 record, while Camden has a 3-1 record. Camden County is loaded with talent, not only from Williams but in DeNigel Cooper (3-star EDGE) and Ja'Marley Riddle (3-star Safety). Although Somerset doesn't have anyone ranked within the top-250 Florida player composite according to 247Sports, they still hold some impressive victories on their schedule. It should be a good game down in South Georgia.

Dawgs Daily's Brooks Austin will be out for his weekly Friday Night Mic'd Up series, and this time, he is in metro Atlanta for a big-time rivalry between Alpharetta High School and Milton High School. Alpharetta comes into this game with a 1-2 record after losing the first two games of the season to Jefferson and Cambridge, then defeating Chattahoochee last week. Conversely, Milton comes into the game with a 2-1 record, picking up wins against Collins Hill and Roswell but losing to 7A powerhouse from Florida, Western High School. Tyjai Hooper, Ethan Barbour, and Julius Holly will try to keep the Alpharetta squad in it against a Milton squad that is home to Debron Gatling, Jacorey Stewart, and six players ranked in the top 50 for the 2025 recruiting class in Georgia.

Plenty of future college football talent will be displayed all throughout the Peach State and country on Friday Nights when the pads get to popping under the lights.
