BREAKING: Tight End Benjamin Yurosek Commits to Georgia
Georgia has just made another addition to their roster as former Stanford tight end Ben Yurosek has announced his commitment to the Bulldogs.
Yurosek has spent the last four seasons at Stanford and has gotten meaningful playing time during the last three. His best year came when he was a sophomore, was he reeled in 43 receptions for 658 yards and three touchdowns. His career numbers currently sit at 108 receptions, 1,342 receiving yards and five touchdowns. He missed half of the 2023 college football season due to injury. He also carries around a massive frame as he looks to be 6-foot-four and around 230 pounds based on his player profile.
The transfer tight end joins quite a list of incoming players that Georgia has acquired via the transfer portal. Former Alabama safety Jake Pope, wide receiver Michael Jackson III out of USC, running back Trevor Etienne who came from Florida, South Carolina defensive line transfer Xzavier McLeod and London Humphreys who transferred from Vanderbilt to Athens.
