WATCH: Stetson Bennett Training for NFL Combine

In this story:
Now that NFL combine invites have been sent out, players have now begun the next step and are training for the big event. A couple of Georgia players have already been seen putting the work in with their trainers, and now quarterback Stetson Bennett has joined in on the mix.
Many were surprised to find out Bennett turned down an opportunity to participate in the Reese's senior bowl after he received an invite. Although, Bennett certainly proved a lot of himself during his time at the University of Georgia. He has two national championships and a top-4 Heisman trophy finish to show for it.
Bennett was one of twelve Georgia players to receive an invite to the NFL combine, and according to social media. He has begun his training process to help make sure he can make one last statement before the NFL draft rolls around.

There have been mixed opinions when it comes to Bennett's draft stock. One of the more notable opinions came from draft analyst Mel Kiper and he stated that Bennett will "probably" end up being a third round pick.
Bennett may not have the size or the measurables of a typical NFL quarterback prospect, but he has everything else a team could ask for. He was a consistent winner at the college level, put up record setting numbers during his final season and his teammates made their appreciation for him as a teammate very apparent.
Throughout his entire career, there have been varying opinions about Bennett's capabilities as a player. Not once though has he let the outside noise effect him, and it's part of what makes him so valuable. Now we wait to see how the professional football league values the former Georgia great.
