At any level of football, it's nearly impossible to have everyone stay healthy and be available each week. Players are going to be "dinged up" week-in and week-out, and surely enough, Georgia will be without a couple of key assets this Saturday.

Prior to the South Carolina game, Georgia was without Travon Walker, Tyson Campbell, and Brian Herrien, who is dealing with back spasms. All three of those guys were huge losses to the team, and their absence was felt last Saturday.

Then, during the game, Georgia lost Lawrence Cager, Mark Webb, and Justin Shaffer to injury. On top of that, Ben Cleveland and Jordan Davis were "banged up" some in the loss to South Carolina.

While we don't know the severity of the injuries, we do know Georgia will be missing both Shaffer and Cager this week. That means Jamaree Salyer or Cade Mays will likely slide in at guard, while Georgia will turn to Matt Landers and George Pickens at receiver.

There won't be a clearer picture on the team's full injury list until closer to game time, but this is what the injury report looks to be so far:

WR, Kearis Jackson- Probable

CB, Tyson Campbell- Questionable

DL, Jordan Davis- Questionable

OL, Ben Cleveland- Questionable

RB, Brian Herrien- Questionable

STAR, Mark Webb- Questionable

DL, Travon Walker- Doubtful

OL, Justin Shaffer- Out

WR, Lawrence Cager- Out

It seems like the injury list grows after every week, but with the way Kirby Smart and his staff have recruited in years past, depth is not an issue. Instead, it'll just be a matter of getting these guys prepared to step-up and take on a bigger role.

The good news for Georgia fans is that a bye week is in near sight. That means if the Bulldogs can push through Kentucky, they'll have two full weeks to rest and prepare for the potential Top-10 matchup against Florida.

The injury list will update as more information is released.
