Georgia Practice Notes: Bulldogs Down Another Starter?

Georgia's football program is less than two weeks away from kicking off its 2023 season against UT-Martin during week one, which also means fall camp is nearing a close. Georgia has had some pivotal questions on the depth chart answered since the start of fall camp, as head coach Kirby Smart announced on Saturday that Carson Beck would be the team's starting quarterback.
Georgia had some other major news break recently as Smart announced that sophomore running back Branson Robinson will miss the entire 2023 season due to a non-contact injury.
Dawgs Daily had the opportunity to view part of Georgia's practice on Wednesday, so here are our notes from today's session:
- The running back room is beat up. With Kendall Milton (hamstring) and Daijun Edwards (Knee) as non-participants in practice, on top of Branson Robinson’s season ending knee injuries bury, Cash Jones is the “starter@ in practice right now.
- Joenel Aguero, Kendall Milton, Smael Mondon, and Daijun Edwards were seen running with the training squad.
- Kamari Lassiter is on the verge of a full return it seems. As the media was leaving, Smart hollered over the loud speakers about Kamari going against Arian Smith in 1on1 s.
- Javon Bullard practices at a noticeably different pace than most. Just a note.
- Ladd McConkey was not seen at practice during observation periods.
