Ladd McConkey's Earns SEC's Offensive Player of the Week After Massive Outing Against Florida

Ladd McConkey has been no stranger to big moments and spectacular plays during his time with the University of Georgia. Time and time again, the Bulldogs' wide receiver has come up clutch with massive plays in some of the grandest stages in all of college football.
This past Saturday, McConkey added to his long list of accolades as he earned the SEC's Offensive Player of the Week honors after his tremendous preformance against the Florida Gators. He finished the game with six receptions for 135 yards and a touchdown. His big day helped the Bulldogs cruise past their arch-rival, the Florida Gators by a score of 43-20.
The Georgia receiver's big game could not have come at a better time, as it was the first time in nearly three years that star tight end Brock Bowers was unavailable after suffering a sprained ankle in the Bulldogs' win over Vanderbilt a few weeks ago.
McConkey and the rest of the Bulldog offense will look to maintain their successes as they prepare to host the Missouri Tigers this upcoming Saturday. It will be their second to last home game of the 2023 season.
