Georgia's Title Odds Continuing to Grow Entering 2023 Season

The Georgia Bulldogs are the two-time defending champs and they are being respected accordingly in Vegas, according to the latest title odds from BETMGM. After opening as the favorite at +250, the Bulldogs have actually been bet into even more favorable odds. The latest line has moved down to Georgia +210, with Alabama being the second odds-on favorite to win the national title at +600 after having opened at +700.
According to the latest national title odds, it's Ohio State that's title chances have taken a hit. The Buckeyes opened at +600, and now have fallen behind Alabama at +700.
2023 National Title Odds
- Georgia Bulldogs (+210)
- Alabama Crimson Tide (+600)
- Ohio State Buckeyes (+700)
- Michigan Wolverines (+900)
- LSU Tigers (+1400)
- USC Trojans (+1400)
- Florida State Seminoles (+1700)
- Clemson Tigers (+2000)
- Texas Longhorns (+2300)
It should also be noted that winning a national title for three straight seasons is a feat that no modern college football team has achieved. In fact, the most recent team to do so was all the way back in the 1930s when the Minnesota Golden Gophers were crowned champions from 1934-36.
While an uphill battle certainly awaits "The Kings of College Football", the Bulldogs' consistent recruiting along with their uber-talented acquisitions from the transfer portal have given the team an excellent chance to emerge as champions once again.
