Three Offensive Georgia Players to Watch In World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party

In this story:
The Georgia Bulldogs and the Florida Gators travel to Jacksonville, FL, this Saturday to play their annual rivalry in the World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 7-0 record and have some offensive firepower that is primed to explode against the Gators' defense. You should watch these three Georgia players on the offensive side of the ball as they look to improve to 8-0.
Kendall Milton
The senior running back started off the season with a lingering hamstring issue that kept him out and then limited his reps as the season progressed. But, in the game against Vanderbilt two Saturdays ago, Milton was in the best form we have seen from him in a long time. Receiving an A+ in that game from Dawgs Daily, the California native will have a chance to do the same this weekend with Daijun Edwards. Mike Bobo and the Georgia staff know what happened to Florida when they visited Lexington and Ray Davis. They will likely have a game plan similar to Kentucky's, especially if they are not comfortable with what they have in the passing game without Brock Bowers. Though the Gators defeated South Carolina this past weekend, they gave up 152 yards on the ground and were only able to notch six tackles for loss against a weak Gamecock offensive line. Even with injuries for Georgia's tackles, their offensive line can take over this game and help Milton succeed.
Carson Beck
This game will mean more for Georgia's starting quarterback. Carson Beck grew up right down the road from this Outdoor Cocktail Party and will have plenty of family in the stands this weekend when he comes home to Jacksonville to wrestle with the Gators. Beck comes into this game ranked 12th in the nation for passing yards, with 2,147 yards, and eighth in the nation for passing yards per game, averaging about 307 yards per game. The Florida passing defense ranks 21st in yards per game, giving up about 188 yards per game through the air. The Gators' pass defense will by far be the best he has faced all season in those terms, but they haven't come away with many turnovers. With just two interceptions for Florida as a team this season, Beck's accuracy should help lead the Dawgs to 8-0. The most important factor of Beck's game that he will need to control this weekend is his nerves. If he stays calm, the Dawgs will chomp down on the Gators on Saturday night.
Ladd McConkey
Another one of Georgia's weapons to start this season with an injury was Ladd McConkey. A back injury held the junior wide receiver out of four games to start the year, and he saw his first action against the Auburn Tigers. In his three games played, McConkey has worked himself up to be the seventh-leading receiver for Georgia. Amassing over 100 yards for the season against Vanderbilt, a game in which he was the second-leading receiver, McConkey has just nine catches for 107 yards and 11.9 yards per catch. A consistent first-down threat is what the stats are telling us, but if you turn on the tape, this holds, as five of McConkey's nine catches have been thrown on third down and completed for a first down. McConkey could be due for his biggest game of the season as he started to open things up against Vandy and had a bye week to get healthy fully.
The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party will be taking place this Saturday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. on CBS in Jacksonville, FL, as the Georgia Bulldogs look to improve to 8-0 against the Florida Gators, and these three players could swing the favor of the game to Georgia.
