WATCH: 2025 Edge Jared Smith Talks Recruitment, Relationship with Georgia

2025 edge Jared Smith talks about his ongoing recruitment and his relationship with the Georgia football staff.

The Under Armour Next football camp series is currently taking place in Atlanta, Georgia this weekend where some of the top prospects for the upcoming recruiting class are showcasing their talents. One of the players that is at the event is 2025 edge Jared Smith, who took time to talk about his ongoing recruitment and the relationships he has built thus far.

Smith is rated as a four-star prospect, a top 30 player in the class and the third-best player at this position according to 247 sports composite rankings. Being from the state of Alabama, the big-name programs in that state have shown interest, but Georgia has also gotten their name into the mix.

Smith mentions in the interview that he is working on getting his official visits lined up and marking down dates for when he will visit schools and mentioned that the Bulldogs will be on the list of schools he takes an official with. He also mentioned Georgia outside linebacker coach Chidera Uzo-Diribe and how him being a family man and keeping in touch with him has stood out to him when it comes to the Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs recently just signed the top class for the 2024 recruiting cycle and now they are looking to build off of that success as their attention now shifts to the 2025 recruiting class.
