Updated ACC Recruiting Rankings At the End of the First Day of Early Signing Period

In this story:
The first day of the early signing period has come to a close and there has been a lot of drama around the country and in the ACC.
For Georgia Tech, Brent Key and his staff did well to close the class out by adding four-star running back Anthony Carrie and flipping defensive end Amontrae Bradford from Colorado. Key did a nice job of finishing the class off for Georgia Tech as he continues to build out his roster and program,
Coming into the day, Florida State held the top class in the ACC, but Miami looks like they are going to finish at the top spot, regardless of whether No. 1 prospect Jeremiah Smith ends up signing with them or not. Smith, who has been committed to Ohio State since last December, announced that he was sticking with the Buckeyes today, but has yet to officially sign, leading to a lot of speculation about whether Miami is still in the hunt. Keep an eye on that situation.
Florida State ended up with a good class, but it is fair to say they did not have a great day. Top commit KJ Bolden ended up flipping over to Georgia and five-star defensive lineman Armondo Blount flipped back to Miami. FSU still has a top-ten class, but it is not what it could have been.
Clemson had a quiet day, but they still held tight to the No. 3 class in the conference. If Florida State had fallen much further, Clemson could have had the No. 2 class today.
There was not much shuffling today. North Carolina held on to the No. 4 spot, NC State swapped places with Stanford, Georgia Tech remained at No. 7, and Syracuse and first-year head coach Fran Brown jumped into the top ten in the conference.
