Dan Dickau believes Gonzaga is a lock to make NCAA Tournament with win at Saint Mary's: 'If they win this, I don’t think there are any questions asked'

A win over the Gaels would be the Bulldogs' third Quad 1 win on the season, which would be enough for their at-large resume according to Dickau

A shot at the West Coast Conference regular season title is out of the picture, but the Gonzaga Bulldogs could solidify their at-large hopes of making the 2024 NCAA Tournament with a win at No. 17 Saint Mary's on Saturday.

Following an 86-68 Quad 1 win at San Francisco, Gonzaga (23-6, 13-2 WCC) has played itself off the bubble according to ESPN's Joe Lunardi, who moved the Zags up to the 10-seed line on Friday. Additionally, Gonzaga locked up the No. 2 seed and a triple-bye to the semifinal round in the WCC Tournament.

Per Bart Torvik's tourneycast, the Bulldogs have a projected 98.8% chance of hearing their names called on Selection Sunday, including a 98.1% chance at receiving an at-large bid.

Of course, nothing can be guaranteed without an automatic bid via a WCC Tournament championship, but another Quad 1 win against the hottest team in the country would go a long way.

“If they win this, I don’t think there are any questions asked, they’re in the NCAA Tournament," said former Gonzaga All-American Dan Dickau on Gonzaga Nation.

Dickau and Gonzaga Nation reporter Cole Forsman broke down the Bulldogs' keys to victory in the rematch with the Gaels and much more on Gonzaga Nation.
