The Gonzaga men's basketball team's home game against Pepperdine will take place at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena on Jan. 4, according to an announcement made during Saturday's Kraziness in the Kennel.

Initially set to face off at McCarthey Athletic Center, the Zags and Waves changed the venue after the matchup was declared as the CCF Classic, benefitting the Community Cancer Fund.

Gonzaga defeated Pepperdine in both meetings last season, winning 111-88 in Spokane and 97-88 in Malibu, California.

Tickets to the CCF Classic will be included as part of the Gonzaga season ticket package, while other fans can purchase entry to the game on Nov. 11.

Last season, Gonzaga took down Kentucky 88-72 at Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena. The nationally-ranked showdown drew 12,333 fans, the largest crowd for any event in the venue's history.

Spokane Arena will also host first and second-round games of the NCAA Tournament on March 22 and 24.
