How to watch 2024 Selection Sunday: TV channel, times for NCAA Tournament bracket reveal
The Gonzaga Bulldogs will officially learn when, where and who they'll take on in the first round of the 2024 NCAA Tournament during the live bracket reveal show on Selection Sunday.
The Zags fell short of claiming an automatic bid as they fell to Saint Mary's, 69-60, in the West Coast Conference Tournament championship game on Tuesday in Las Vegas. Still, there's a favorable chance of earning one of the 36 at-large bids from the Selection Committee. Gonzaga is ranked 17th in the NET and has seven combined wins in Quad 1 and Quad 2 without any Quad 3 or Quad 4 losses.
Mark Few's program has appeared in the last 24 NCAA Tournaments, the second-longest active streak behind Michigan State (25 consecutive appearances). Only three other programs in Division-I men's basketball history have made it to the Sweet 16 in eight straight postseasons. The Bulldogs have won at least one game in the Big Dance since they lost to Stephen Curry and 7-seed Davidson in 2008.
Gonzaga has been a 4-seed or better in the NCAA Tournament since 2016. The last time it was a double-digit seed was in 2016 when its Sweet 16 streak began, as Domantas Sabonis and company pulled off upsets against 6-seed Seton Hall and 3-seed Utah in Denver, Colorado, before falling to 10-seed Syracuse in the Midwest Regional final.
