Fran McCaffery missed out on one post player on Monday.

He got one on Wednesday.

Josh Ogundele, a 6-foot-11, 255-pound center from England who moved to the United States two years ago, committed to the Hawkeyes in an announcement on social media.

Ogundele becomes the fifth commitment to Iowa's class, joining Ahron Ulis, a 6-2 guard from Chicago Heights, Ill., Tony Perkins, a 6-4 guard from Indianapolis, and 6-8 twin forwards Kris and Keegan Murray, sons of former Hawkeye Kenyon Murray.

Ogundele, who plays at Worcester (Mass.) Academy, chose Iowa over Cincinnati, Providence, Rhode Island and Rutgers. He is rated a three-star recruit by Rivals.com.
