Spartan & Cleveland Brown QB Brian Hoyer Leaves Johnny Manziel Behind as he shines at Today's Training Camp Practice

Brian Hoyer continues to keep his mouth shut and play hard as the nation and media swoon over Johnny Football. All he has done is continue to leave the rookie in the dust as he continues to play well. After today's practice once again there was not doubt who the veteran is and who the spoiled rookie happens to be. YOU CAN READ MORE HERE!Â

The Browns are looking to improve over last season in a big way. They did well when Hoyer was healthy, but when a costly knee injury took him down so did the Browns season. That led the drafting of Johnny Manziel, but while the nation had a love affair with Johnny Football, by friend Hoyer just rehabbed with the intention of not giving up his dream job easily. So what are the chances of a Browns improvement in 2014? The team's current NFL odds are an interesting thing, but as you can see when you look it is still an uphill battle for the boys from Berea.

Hoyer has garnered impressive praise from the pundits for his work this off season. Not only in the rehab room, but off the field as well in the community. Whether it is throwing out the first pitch at an Indians game or helping at a community wide charity event the native Clevelander has made it an off season of good and whole publicity.

Johnny Football has made it an off season of partying and pictures that have not endeared him to the front office of his new team and just like in college has made it more about himself. The two have started to make the once “Johnny Football” crazy fanatics take notice. Spartan Nation previously showed pictures of restaurants around the Cleveland area turning their marquis into, “Cleveland is Hoyer Country” signs while Manziel’s antics are turning people off daily.

Good luck to Hoyer.
