Good, Bad, and Ugly Podcast Covering Michigan State Athletics Episode XIX

Let's take a deep-dive in Michigan State athletics with our latest episode of the Good, Bad and Ugly podcast featuring Chuck Grenier.

East Lansing, MI – It's time for another episode of the Good, Bad, and the Ugly surrounding Michigan State Athletics, so we brought in Chuck Grenier, a legendary high school football and basketball coach, to discuss what's next for MSU.

Through three weeks, it's been a rollercoaster of a year for the Spartans.

After opening the season with seven turnovers and a loss to Rutgers, MSU went on the road to beat what everyone thought was a good Michigan team; it turns out they weren't.

And then the Spartans follow their big win with a complete meltdown in Iowa City, losing 49-7.

Grenier isn't satisfied with the defense, pointing out how he predicted MSU wouldn't have the depth at linebacker (they don't) – and Michigan State doesn't contain the edge against opposing teams offenses at all.

It's time to clean some things up.

But can they do it against Indiana? A squad looking to avenge last year's performance vs. the Spartans.

Plus, a unit led by Michael Penix Jr. will do anything to avoid a let-down ahead of Indiana's showdown vs. Ohio State.
