Michigan State RB Commit Audric Estime off to a Hot Start

The Michigan State coaching staff knew how good four-star running back Audric Estime was, and now the New Jersey native is proving it on the football field.

St Joseph Regional High School opened up their season against Bergen Catholic, and he didn't waste any time rushing for 175 yards and three touchdowns (on 18 carries).

The 6-foot-1, 215-pound tailback pulled back the curtain – revealing how fast he can be, bursting through a hole in the offensive line for an 80-yard score with 4:41 left in the first half.

As if Spartan fans needed another reason to be impressed with their future running back, Estime entered the game at defensive end and recorded his first varsity sack – showing off the versatility he brings to the table.

Last season, he carried the ball 173 times for 1,190 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns while averaging 6.9 yards per carry.

Estime added 13 receptions for 65 yards and a score to his resume as well.

Michigan State will once again have a crowded and talented backfield in East Lansing when Estime joins Elijah Collins, Jordon Simmons, Brandon Wright, and Anthony Williams Jr. next year.
