Dak Prescott Leads Cowboys to 33-13 Sweep Against the Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia Eagles take a hard 33-13 loss to former Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott.

Within the first five minutes, former Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott put up seven points with a touchdown pass to LeeDee Lamb. With 10 plays and 75 yards down, the momentum of the Dallas Cowboys was strong from start to finish.

Five runs later, Prescott had a sneak after a third-down conversion by wide receiver KaVontae Turpin. Only short one pass drive, Prescott scored his 27th touchdown throw of the season.

To add to the excitement, the Cowboys have scored a touchdown on their first possession of the game three times this season. Prescott continued his quick plays by leading Lamb on third-and-two into the end zone for another third-down conversion.

Prescott ended the first half in the Cowboys' favor with a one-yard pass to Michael Gallup, ending the first half 24-6 with the Cowboys in the lead.

When all was said and done, Prescott went 24-of-39 for 271 yards for his two touchdowns in the matchup against the Eagles. In his career, Prescott has an 8-4 record against Philadelphia.

This win was perfect revenge for Dallas' loss to Philadelphia 28-23 in Week 9 at Lincoln Financial Field. The two teams share a lead in the NFC East and are both considered for the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs.

The Cowboys will continue their season this Sunday at 3:25 when they take on the Buffalo Bills. With a 10-3 record this season, the Cowboys will continue to fight for a strong end to the season with NFC playoffs in mind.
