The Mississippi State Bulldogs will host the first round of the WBIT tournament against the seven-seeded Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. MSU did not hear its name called on Sunday for the NCAA tournament, but it was selected as the second seed in the WBIT, and it has a chance to host a pair of games.

It was a disappointing season for the Bulldogs, but they have a chance to send their seniors out on a positive note. Jerkaila Jordan, who recently announced that she will to Mississippi State next season, will be key in this game, and the game plan needs to focus on her and her fellow guards' strengths.
