  • Missouri and Texas Christian held the top spots in both team standings after day one of the three-day Mizzou Invitational at the Mizzou Aquatic Center. The Tigers took the top spot of the podium in seven events, beginning with the men's and women's 200 freestyle relays. The women's A-team 1:29.17 pacing currently ranks fifth nationally, while the B-team's mark of 1:30.52 ranks 11th. The men's squad led comfortably with 435 points, compared to 272.5 for the Horned Frogs, while the women's team was second with 316.5 points, behind TCU's 353.5. 
  • Volleyball announced signing five players:
    1. Tia Phinezy, 6-2, MB, Fort Wayne, Ind., R. Nelson Snider High School
    2. Vivian Parker, 6-0, OH/RS, Aledo, Texas, Aledo High School
    3. Aspen Maxwell, 6-1, OH/RS, Humble, Texas, Summer Creek High School
    4. Claire Morrissey, 6-0, OH/RS, Wildwood, Mo., St. Joseph's Academy
    5. Grace Sweeney, 5-9, OH/DS, Midlothian, Texas, Midlothian Heritage High School
  • D'Moi Hodge made his third appearance with the Los Angeles Lakers, but played just a minute in the 125-110 loss to the Kings. The rookie forward has yet to appear in a game with the Lakers (6-6) on the winning side.
