The Missouri softball team traveled to Lincoln, Neb. this past week for the Big Red Invitational and thrived in each of its four games.

The Tigers couldn't have opened up the event any better as they run-ruled Wichita State 13-3 through five innings and later defeated them in the third game 8-2. In games two and four, Mizzou took on invitational host Nebraska and beat them by a combined score of 15-7.
