Sam Casaccio

Sam Casaccio has been a sports podcast host for the last eight years and has been a Nebraska football fan his entire life. He got his start in broadcasting at 90.7 WFUV while attending Fordham University. After graduating from Fordham, Sam continued his work at CBS Radio: WFAN and the CBS sports radio network. 

Sam started to host sports podcasts in 2014 and after covering the NFL, fantasy football, and Georgia football, Sam was given the opportunity to host his own Nebraska football podcast in 2021. Since then, Sam has been joined by Husker legends and Heisman Trophy winners Johnny Rodgers and Eric Crouch as hosts on the show and together they formed the Husker Heisman Huddle podcast.
