The dominance over Penn State continues.

No. 2 Nebraska swept the No. 13 Nittany Lions 25-22, 22, 19 Saturday to improve to 17-0 on the season and 8-0 in Big Ten Conference play. The Huskers have won 13 of the last 14 matches against Penn State.

This was the 33rd consecutive matchup between Nebraska and Penn State in which both teams were ranked in the top 15.

NU hit .269 for the match while holding Penn State to .117. The Huskers committed 13 service errors, an issue that coach John Cook continues to want fixed.

Merritt Beason and Lindsay Krause each notched a match-high 13 kills. Harper Murray also eclipsed double-digit kills with 10. Despite the match ending after just three sets, Lexi Rodriguez had a season-high 18 digs.

Nebraska heads on the road Wednesday to face Northwestern before returning to the Bob Devaney Sports Center to host No. 1 Wisconsin next Saturday.
