The Oklahoma State Cowboys are traveling to Orlando to take on the UCF Knights on Saturday. Riding a five-game winning streak, the Cowboys are coming off a big Bedlam win and are going to face a team with a very different approach.

Both UCF and Oklahoma State are bringing good rushing attacks into this one. UCF is coming off a Big 12 win over Cincinnati and this game could end up being a close, fun one on Saturday.

Here is how the All Pokes staff selected the Oklahoma State vs. UCF matchup.

The Cowboys are riding high after winning Bedlam, but they know better than anybody that this week is a new one. Mike Gundy has done well at keeping the team focused on the next opponent every week.

Assuming he can do that again, UCF will be given proper respect, and OSU should avoid a crushing loss. Still, the game will be close early before Ollie Gordon does his usual act in the second half.

This is an obvious trap game for Oklahoma State. The Cowboys will have to tune out the noise from last week's victory over Oklahoma and be able to stop UCF.

The Knights are fourth in the nation in rushing, averaging over 227 rushing yards per game. Their defense on the other hand is giving up over 200 rushing yards per game.

Ollie Gordon has gotten over 200 rushing yards in two games this season, including six straight games with over 100 rushing yards. Until someone stops him, the Cowboys are going to keep this winning streak going.

This game will be quite different from Bedlam. The Knights are going to use their speed and the ground game to play against the Cowboys. With Ollie Gordon, the Cowboys will hit the Knights right back with the same approach.

It feels like a potential shootout and high-scoring game could be on the way in Orlando and the Knights will get to embrace the Big 12 culture with a fast-paced game full of speed.

Still, the Cowboys have been able to take care of business when things get tight, and Gordon is the epitome of a closer. He and a few crucial stops will help the Cowboys to their sixth straight win.

Oklahoma State 42, UCF 35
