Big 12: All Pokes Big 12 Football ATS Picks for Week 13

The Big 12 football scene could get messy during Week 13 of college football.

With plenty of Big 12 title game scenarios that could play out in Week 13 of college football, it'll be a good week to be a Big 12 football fan. For Oklahoma State, they need to win their game over BYU to make the championship game.

How does the All Pokes staff think each team will perform this week? Here are their picks.

BYU vs. OSU (-17)

Nick Friesen: OSU will get it done, but it will be a close game. The weather looks to be problematic on Saturday, and that could play a factor for both teams. OSU will pull it out, but BYU will keep it reasonable. BYU +17

Ivan White: The Cowboys take care of BYU with ease. Although the Cougars need a win to go bowling, a big early deficit will sink their season. OSU -17

Logan Jones: If this game was on the road I'd be a bit more worried. However, BYU has to go to Stillwater for the last game of the regular season. Give me OSU minus the points. OSU -17

TCU vs. Oklahoma (-10)

Nick: TCU is no slouch in this conference. It made the national championship last season for a reason. OU will just be too much for them. The Sooners take care of them. OU -10

Ivan: The Sooners will take care of business against the Horned Frogs. Despite the early Friday start, OU keeps its Big 12 title hopes alive for at least a day. OU -10

Logan: Oklahoma will win another close game as TCU will make it interesting in the final moments of the game. TCU +10

Texas Tech vs. Texas (-14)

Nick: Texas is going to cover this one. The Red Raiders are on a three-game winning streak, but Texas is the more talented team. Texas -14

Ivan: Texas Tech secured bowl eligibility last week, and Texas secured a spot in Arlington. While the Red Raiders don’t necessarily have much to play for, the Longhorns still have national title hopes and will blow out their final regular season opponent as a Big 12 team. Texas -14

Logan: Texas Tech has been a massive disappointment this year, and talent-wise they are outclassed by Texas. With this game in Austin, I expect a blowout. Texas -14

Houston vs. UCF (-13.5)

Nick: UCF will take this on Saturday. Houston has been inconsistent this season, and it won't make a bowl game this season. UCF will be hungry for a win, for it will become bowl-eligible with a win. UCF -13.5

Ivan: Not quite a “bowl eligibowl,” but UCF still needs a win to get in. While Houston can play spoiler, it falls flat in what is likely Dana Holgorsen’s final game as head coach. UCF -13.5

Logan: UCF is still fighting for bowl eligibility while Houston is eliminated. UCF has a lot to play for, and I think they get a big win. UCF -13

West Virginia (-9.5) vs. Baylor

Nick: The Mountaineers are just the better team. It has been an underwhelming season for Baylor, and it's going to continue on Saturday. West Virginia will take this one. WVU -9.5

Ivan: This line feels extremely disrespectful to West Virginia. Baylor gets embarrassed on its home field in the regular season finale. WVU -9.5

Logan: Baylor is one of the worst teams in the Big 12 and West Virginia has exceeded expectations this year. With a chance to get to 8 wins and a solid bowl game, I think Neil Brown's Mountaineers leave it all on the field and dominate. WVU -9.5

Kansas (-6) vs. Cincinnati

Nick: Whoever plays quarterback for the Jayhawks will have a good day against the Bearcats. Cincinnati is already ready for next season. Kansas -6

Ivan: The Jayhawks have had another great season, and they will cap off an eight-win regular season in Cincinnati. The Bearcats will enter next season still searching for its first Big 12 win on their home field. Kansas -6

Logan: Although they sit at 7-4, Kansas is still a very capable team. They have been down to their second-string quarterback for most of the year, and over the past two weeks, they've been down to their third-stringer. They nearly beat K-State last week with their third-string QB, and I think he has had some time to settle in. Give me the Jayhawks. Kansas -6

Iowa State vs. Kansas State (-10)

Nick: The Wildcats need this one to even be considered for the conference championship game. Iowa State will still be upset after last week's loss to Texas. Kansas State will cover on Saturday. Kansas State -10

Ivan: Somehow, after being in the thick of the Big 12 title race, Iowa State looks poised to finish with the same regular season record as UCF. The Cyclones keep it close, but the Wildcats win, and if other games fall their way, clinch a spot in Arlington. Iowa State +10

Logan: Kansas State survived Kansas last week, but ultimately came out on top. I think they will beat Iowa State, but the Cyclones will keep it within a touchdown. Iowa State +10
