The Ole Miss Rebels baseball team season has come to an end and now it's time for honors. It was a rough season for the Rebels after winning it all last season, as they failed to qualify for the SEC Tournament.

Last week the SEC office announced their All-SEC baseball teams, and three Rebels were named to the All-SEC Second Team. Kemp Alderman, Jacob Gonzalez and Calvin Harris all earned spots.

It's the first selection for both Harris and Alderman. It's the third for Gonzalez after earning Freshman Team honors in 2021 and First Team honors in 2022.

The three led the Rebels in almost every offensive category including batting average, slugging percentage, runs scored, hits, RBIs, doubles, home runs, and total bases.

Alderman led Ole Miss with a .376 batting average, a .709 slugging percentage, and an on-base percentage of .440. He added 80 total hits with 61 RBIs, 19 home runs, and 151 total bases.

Gonzalez led the team in walks with 35, doubles with 18, and posted the second-highest batting average at .327.  He also was second for the Rebels with a .435 on-base percentage and 51 RBIs and finished third in slugging percentage, runs scored, and hits.

Harris batted .321 and led Ole Miss in runs scored with 52 in just 54 games. He posted a slugging percentage of .579, 121 total bases, 12 home runs, 67 hits and 46 RBIs.
