The top-ranked college football recruit in the state of Mississippi's class of 2024 was back in Oxford for his latest look at Ole Miss on Tuesday.

Kamarion Franklin, self-proclaimed 'King of the 'Sip' from Lake Lake Cormorant (Miss.) High School, spoke to 247Sports about his latest look at Lane Kiffin's program amid a slew of springtime unofficial visits.

"I feel like I'd feel good playing for my home state," Franklin said. "I like what they're telling me with how they are planning on using me and how I would fit in their defensive scheme, which would be good."

The rising-senior recruit, his coaches and even his mother were able to take in spring practice while in town. Coveted class of 2025 defensive back Jarcoby Hopson, who is also considered a Rebel defensive priority, was also on hand for the unofficial visit.

The duo has frequented campus, especially in Franklin's case. While the plan during the spring was to branch out and see several campuses from Miami to Auburn and many others, the Rebels have hosted LCHS's all-time sack leader well more than any other program to date. Per On3, it was the fifth time he took in campus as a prospect.

Franklin is ranked as a five-star recruit on both Rivals and 247Sports, tabbed as highly as the No. 12 overall prospect in the class of 2024 (Rivals).
