Pitt Football Lands Third 2023 O-Line Commit
The Pitt Panthers landed their third offensive lineman commit of the weekend, with three-star Tai Ray announcing his decision this morning.
The 6-foot-7, 300-pound three-star offensive tackle from Apopka High School in Apopka, Florida made his decision official after visiting Pitt this month. He had offers from Indiana, Alabama A&M, Appalachian State, Bryant, Charlotte, Dartmouth, Florida Atlantic, Howard, Liberty, Middle Tennessee State, Troy, Tulane and USF.
The Panthers didn't have a single offensive line commit in the 2023 class coming into the weekend. Now, to start the final week of June, they have three set to head to campus next year.
Ray joins other three-star offensive linemen Colin Van Rooy out of Strongsville, Ohio and Ryan Carretta out of Columbus, Ohio as Pitt commits.
