2025 ATH Xair Stevenson Visits Pitt

The Pitt Panthers hosted a local standout this week.

PITTSBURGH -- A local sophomore has been taking advantage of his proximity to the Pitt Panthers to get a closer look at them.

Xair Stevenson, a 2025 athlete from Obama Academy in Pittsburgh, took another visit to Pitt this past weekend and described his time at the facility as "No better feeling in the world."

Stevenson considers himself an athlete that can play both sides of the ball but he has cut his teeth on the defensive side of the ball. He recorded 78 total tackles, five interceptions and a pair of sacks in just eight and a half games.

He had spent some time with Pitt back in September for the Georgia Tech game and was back in December for another visit. Prior to his second Pitt visit, he made the trek to State College to see Penn State.

Stevenson's recruitment is still in it's infancy and the Panthers are in on him early.
