South Carolina's Women's Basketball program has seen Aliyah Boston grow in a plethora of ways over the past four years at South Carolina. From her bursting onto the scene as a double-double machine in her freshman campaign, to her National Player of the Year run in her junior season.

This culminated into a career that saw her become a stalwart in women's college basketball, and by far one of the most dominant forwards the sport had seen in several years. Now, Boston will be wreaking havoc in the WNBA, as she selected by the Indiana Fever with the first overall pick in the WNBA Draft on Monday night.

Aliyah's leadership qualities, footwork and championship experience will suit the Indiana Fever well as they look to build their roster over the course of tonight and the next several years. Boston becomes the second No. 1 overall pick in program history, as A'ja Wilson was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 WNBA Draft.
