Major college football programs are currently amid one of the most anticipated evaluation periods of the year; summer camps. Summer camps are a great way for multiple high school teams to send an abundance of their varsity linemen and skill players and offer coaching staffs like South Carolina opportunities to unearth any potential diamonds in the rough as far as future college players are concerned.

It appears that two 2025 linemen in edge rusher Tylon Lee and interior offensive lineman Michael Carroll have taken full advantage of the linemen camps offered to prospects over the past 36 hours, as they both announced on Twitter on Friday that they have received an offer from the Gamecocks. This is the fourth Power 5 offer that Lee has received and his third overall from the SEC, while Carroll has only received two offers from Temple and Rutgers to this point in the recruiting process.

Two other 2026 skill players in running back Markel Dabney and linebacker Jordan Campbell also announced on Friday that they had received offers from South Carolina. For Campbell, it's his second Power 5 offer overall and first SEC offer, while Markel has now received ten Power 5 offers from schools like Penn State, Miami, Ole Miss, and others.
