South Carolina Offers Blue-Chip Quarterback From 2026 Cycle

South Carolina's Football staff has offered 2026 quarterback Jared Curtis from Nashville, TN.

South Carolina offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains began setting up his recruiting board for the 2025 and 2026 recruiting classes this past week, offering multiple quarterbacks prospect after spending a couple of months doing some evaluations. Coming into the job, he helped South Carolina close on the No. 10 QB in the nation for the 2023 class in LaNorris Sellers from Florence, SC, and has a 2024 quarterback already in the fold in Dante Reno.

So the 2025 and 2026 quarterback classes will be the first ones where Dowell Loggains will be able to personally identify and pursue targets that fits his offensive vision. This began late last week when South Carolina offered three 2025 quarterbacks in Deuce Knight, Ryan Montgomery, and Will Wilson.

Now they have offered one of the most coveted passers in the country in the 2026 class in Tennessee native Jared Curtis.

Curtis holds 13 offers from schools like Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, FSU, Notre Dame, and more. To go along with his impressive offer sheet, Jared has also already been invited to the Adidas All-American Bowl, which is impressive considering the fact he's just a rising sophomore.
