Stanford's roster will look immensely different come next season, as Jerod Haase and company look to end the program's NCAA Tournament drought.

Something that Stanford hasn't been a part of since the 2013-14 season. It also marks the seventh year in a row that Haase has failed to lead the team there, and while he was given another chance to run it back he will be doing so without a fan favorite in point guard Isa Silva.

The former four-star guard out of Prolific Prep in Napa, California took to Twitter on Tuesday to announce that he will be entering the transfer portal.

Silva departs Stanford after averaging 13.5 minutes per game in 64 games played across two years, with six starts. He averaged a career 3.3 points, 1.2 assists, and shot 40% from three in his two seasons on The Farm.

Guard production under Haase hasn't been at a premium by any means as the Cardinal consistently struggled to find someone who could run the offense and get a bucket themselves. Something that Haase has been looking to address in the transfer portal himself, as Stanford has been in contact with a handful of guards.

Coming out of high school, Silva held offers from programs such as Gonzaga, Arizona, Texas, and Arkansas among others. He never really seemed to grow into the scorer and facilitator that Stanford had hoped, but a change of scenery could certainly benefit the soon-to-be junior.
