Dallas Cowboys didn't meet with Dalton Schultz, expected to let him walk

In this story:
NFL free agency is always a spectacle to behold because we truly never know what to expect.
In a surprising report on Monday, ESPN NFL Nation reporter Todd Archer, who covers the Dallas Cowboys tweeted that it appears that tight end Dalton Schultz's time with America's Team has come to an end. Archer also reported that the two sides failed to even meet to try and negotiate a deal.
Dalton Schultz? Sure seems like he's played his last game in Dallas. They weren't going to tag him again and I'm told there was no meeting with the team in Indianapolis last week. He should do well on market, at least more than what Cowboys want to pay.

Schultz is coming off back-to-back seasons with over 55 catches, over 500 yards receiving, and at least five touchdowns. In 15 games this season he recorded 57 catches for 577 yards, and five touchdowns, and continued to solidify himself as one of Dak Prescott's favorite targets.
The expectation is that he will have a handful of suitors across the NFL, it just depends on who is willing to offer what for the 26-year old.
