Stanford lands commitment from 2025 IOL Charlie Hoitink

In this story:
On Thursday, interior offensive lineman Charlie Hoitink announced his commitment to Stanford. He elected to commit to Troy Taylor and the Cardinal over offers from Boston College, Indiana and Iowa State among others.
Despite visiting multiple schools such as Wisconsin, Rutgers, Boston College, Notre Dame, Minnesota and Illinois, Hoitink has actually yet to visit Stanford which shows how hard the new staff is working. It is not often you can get a commitment without the recruit having stepped foot on the campus.

Hoitink marks the first commitment of the 2025 class for Taylor and company, and also marks the first commitment nabbed by new offensive line coaches Viane Talamaivao and Al Netter.
The offensive line has been a major area of concern for the program the last few seasons, so adding future members of the position group will only help in rebuilding what used to be a staple of Stanford football.
