Just a couple days ago Troy Taylor and Stanford continued their recent success on the recruiting trail when they landed three-star offensive/defensive lineman Connor Bachhuber.

The San Clemente native took to Twitter to announce his commitment on Tuesday, marking the fourth commitment of Stanford's 2024 class.

According to 247Sports, Bachhuber was set to visit Utah and also had an interest in UCLA, but was offered following a discussion with defensive line coach Ross Kolodziej and Troy Taylor after the conclusion of Junior Day. It turned out to be the offer that he had been waiting for all along.

While he plays both ways, he expressed to 247Sports that Stanford is recruiting him as a defensive end. He chose the Cardinal over the likes of Utah, Colorado, Washington, and UNLV among others.
