Stanford offers four-star EDGE Bryce Young

In this story:
Stanford and new head coach Troy Taylor have a full rebuild in front of them, and are clearly placing an emphasis on doing so through the trenches.
The Cardinal have dipped into the transfer portal for two offensive linemen, and they have been hitting the recruiting trail hard in order to bolster their defensive line. The latest offer goes out to a recruit with a familiar name to college football, but could not be more different in size and stature from the Alabama signal caller.
Four-star EDGE out of North Carolina, Bryce Young, took to Twitter to announce that he received an offer from Stanford.
After a great talk with @CoachKolodziej, I am grateful to say I have received an offer from Stanford University! #AGTG #GoStanford pic.twitter.com/6iQ5XwZCI5

The Cardinal will have to fend off the likes of Tennessee, and more importantly Notre Dame. Young's father is Hall of Famer Bryant Young, a former Notre Dame star. The Irish already have been involved with Bryce Young for months, and are viewed as the favorites to land him as there are three crystal ball predictions in favor of Notre Dame.
Young ranks as the No. 198 player in the country, No. 19 defensive lineman, and the No. 6 player in the state of North Carolina. He holds offers from programs such as Cal, USC, Iowa, and Duke among others.
