COLLEGE STATION - Michael Bennett has been known more for his freakishly small shoulder pads rather than on-field play over the past three seasons. The former Texas A&M defensive end was a factor to the "Legion of Boom" defense in Seattle before bouncing around with Philadelphia and New England.

Following an argument with his position coach, Bennett asked for a trade out of Foxborough before the deadline. The team obliged, sending the former Pro Bowler to Dallas in exchange for a late-round draft pick. In his first game back in the Lone Star State, the former Aggie did not disappoint.

Bennett collected two total tackles and a sack in the 37-18 victory over the New York Giants. During the fourth quarter, he would bring Daniel Jones down to the ground for his third quarterback hit of the season. Bennett would also add pressure consistently from the edge.

The Cowboys' defensive line shined against the weak pass protection up at MetLife. Although no longer a starter, Bennett's contributions could have trending in the right direction.

Here's how other Aggies preformed over the weekend.

Cleveland Browns DE Myles Garrett: Garrett struggled to create any pressure against Denver in the team loss. The former No.1 pick finished with one solo tackle and two assists.

Denver Broncos OLB Von Miller: Although one of the league's top pass rushers this decade, Miller's been on the decline this season. The former No.2 selection finished with one solo tackle and two assist in the team win over Cleveland.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans: Evans has been the one consistent for Tampa's offense this season. The former top-10 pick finished with 12 catches for 180 yards and a touchdown during the team loss to Seattle. For the season, Evans currently ranks second in receiving yards.

Arizona Cardinals WR Christian Kirk: Kirk is still returning to form following his injury suffered early this season. The second-year wideout finished with two catches for eight yards in the loss against undefeated San Francisco.

Seattle Seahawks OT Germain Ifedi: Ifedi started at right tackle and helped the team to 492 total yards – 347 passing and 145 rushing. Thanks to his success on the offensive line, Russell Wilson is having a MVP-like season for the Seahawks.

Tennessee Titans QB Ryan Tannehill: Tannehill finally took a loss as the starter for Tennessee. The former Dolphins quarterback finished with 331 yards, a touchdown and a pair of interceptions. Tannehill also rushed for 38 yards, scoring on a 10-yard run.

Jacksonville Jaguars PK Josh Lambo: The former Aggies kicker now is tied with the franchise record for most consecutive kicks made with 24. Lambo hit his only field goal try from 30 yards out during the team's loss to Houston in London.

Kansas City Chiefs FS Armani Watts: The Aggies second-year safety recorded two tackles on special teams during the team victory over Minnesota.

Green Bay Packers TE Jace Sternberger: The rookie tight end finally was activated off the injured reserved list and saw action in the team's loss to Los Angeles. Sternberger predominately was used a blocker and did not record a catch.

Cleveland Browns TE Ricky Seals-Jones: The former Aggie tight end's role has diminished in the past several weeks for Cleveland. Seals-Jones caught two passes for 12 yards in the team's loss.

Green Bay Packers DT Kingsley Keke: The rookie defensive tackle recorded two tackles against the Chargers in the team's loss.

Did not record a stat: Dallas' Donavon Wilson, Detroit's Don Muhlbach, Jacksonville's Cedric Ogbuehi, Houston's Cullen Gillaspia, Miami's Keaton Sutherland, New England's Jermaine Eluemunor

Inactive: Baltimore's Daylon Mack, Cleveland's Damion Ratley, Philadelphia's Daeshon Hall, Tampa Bay's Justin Evans, Washington's Deshazor Everett

Bye Weeks: Atlanta's Jake Matthews, Cincinnati's Trayveon Williams, Cincinnati's  Los Angeles' Josh Reynolds, New Orleans' Erik McCoy
