Walter Nolen Injured: Texas A&M Aggies Lose to No. 19 Tennessee Volunteers 20-13 - Live Game Log
The Aggies head to Knoxville on Saturday to take on a well-rested Tennessee Volunteers team coming off their bye week. The Aggies are coming off a heart-wrenching 26-20 loss to Alabama last week, while the Vols are refreshed after a Sept. 30 home win over South Carolina.
Tennessee expects another sellout crowd at Neyland Stadium for just the Aggies' second visit to town, and the Vols will greet them with an orange and white checkerboard seating section.
“This is a big football game that is coming up, really good football team that we are playing,” Tennessee coach Josh Heupel said. “Checker Neyland. Excited to see all of our fans and the atmosphere Saturday afternoon. I know our guys and our staff are ready to get back on the field.”

It will be just the fifth time the two programs have met, with both programs notching two wins each. The last time the Aggies and Vols met was in 2020 at Neyland Stadium where A&M left happy with a 34-13 win.
But this weekend has much on the line for both teams. A Tennessee win would help the Vols keep up with 3-0 No. 1 Georgia in the SEC East. The Aggies are reeling after a 26-20 loss to Alabama and they need a win to keep any SEC West title hopes alive.
Aggies coach Jimbo Fisher hasn't won an SEC road game since a 35-14 win at Missouri in October of 2021, and Tennessee hasn't lost at home since a loss to Georgia in November of that same season. This one might not bode well for Fisher & Co., but it'll be a fun one to watch.
