In this story:

All 17 games of the the Texas A&M Aggies' (22-8, 14-3 SEC) conference schedule will culminate Saturday, as they are set to host Joe Lunardi's top overall seed — the Alabama Crimson Tide (26-4, 16-1, SEC) in their regular season finale.

Texas A&M is coming off a road win against Ole Miss, where it went back and forth before pulling away in the second half behind junior guard Tyrece Radford's 13 points.

Alabama has gone since mid February without a loss, and has been perfect at home — its only conference loss coming on the road.

This season, sophomore guard Wade Taylor IV has led the Aggies in scoring, averaging 16.3 points and three rebounds. He will have to play a large role in Saturday's matchup to give Texas A&M a chance to keep up with Alabama's offense, which boasts the SEC's best scorer in freshman guard Brandon Miller.

Entering the game, Texas A&M ranks No. 1 overall in free throws made per game, so key for the Aggies will be once again asserting themselves on the free throw line — which has been a big part of their offense.

The Aggies will also look to its home crowd — a big factor of their success this season. At home, Texas A&M has yet to lose to a conference opponent, and will play for a sold out arena against the Crimson Tide.

While a win for the Aggies will not give them the SEC title, it would only further their tournament resume and prove their ability to compete with any team in both the SEC and NCAA tournaments.

An early tipoff will await Texas A&M in arguably its most anticipated game of the season, taking place at 11:00 a.m.
