2021 Impact Assessment

Eason has a chance to take a step forward at Tennessee in 2020. He has adjusted well to Tennessee's strength program, and he should continue to see an increase in production. Tennessee is thin at linebacker, which should help his chances even more. He played a couple of different spots last fall, and it is likely he sees some time at other spots in the spring. He is not suited to be a three-down linebacker in today's SEC, but he is a run-stuffer and can play with his hand in the dirt if needed.
