In this story:

Tennessee running back Jaylen Wright had some supporters among the national media ahead of the NFL Combine, but he made a lot more after an impressive performance. He had the No. 2 Relative Athletic Score among running backs, posting the second-best broad jump at the position in NFL Combine history, among other standout measurements.

247Sports reviewed the biggest winners from the weekend's festivities in Indianapolis, Indiana. Highlighted by big outings from the wide receiver class, a star-studded offensive line group, and several key defenders, the winners also noted that Wright made a lot of money for his performance.

"Tennessee running back Jaylen Wright posted the second-fastest 40-yard time for those in his position group, clocking a 4.38 on Saturday. His 11-foot-2 broad jump topped all running backs, while his 38-inch vertical ranked fourth. Wright entered the Combine as one of the top running back prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft class, but potentially moved himself into consideration for the first running back off the board. Wright rated as a three-star prospect coming out of the 2021 recruiting class. He averaged 6.7 yards per carry in the last two seasons at Tennessee." - 247Sports' Cody Nagel on Jaylen Wright
