Tennessee quarterback Joe Milton III has commanded NFL interest for the past few years. League executives are curious about his physical tools, even if his on-field production isn't enough to warrant a high draft pick. The Cleveland Browns are one of the teams inquiring about Milton, as they hosted him on a visit earlier this week.

Milton brings Day 3 value was a 6-foot-5 passer with a massive arm but is considered raw at the position.
CBS Sports NFL analyst Brady Quinn recently explained why he thinks NFL scouts could talk themselves into Milton over the draft process. Quinn played four seasons in the NFL, starting 20 games and throwing 12 touchdowns. He was a first-round pick in the 2007 NFL Draft after a decorated four-year career with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
