Watch: Tennessee Players Share First Impressions of Josh Heupel

“ (I) Had a great meeting with the team this morning. I can tell you they're excited, ready to get to work and they're really excited,” Danny White said while formally introducing Josh Heupel as Tennessee’s next head coach. 

Shortly after that meeting, Tennessee’s players took to social media with droves of support for Heupel. 

Now, Tennessee’s social media team has released a video of several players sharing their first impression of Heupel, which can you watch below. 

Heupel said during his introductory press conference: “I'm excited about what we're embarking on. I'm excited to be a part of Vol Nation. I'm excited to do my very best for the state of Tennessee every single day. I promise you that our staff will do the exact same thing and I promise you that we are going to embark on becoming what we're capable of becoming as a football program day-by-day and chasing and winning championships."
