"I'm excited about what we're embarking on. I'm excited to be a part of Vol Nation," Josh Heupel stated during his introductory press conference. "I'm excited to do my very best for the state of Tennessee every single day. I promise you that our staff will do the exact same thing, and I promise you that we are going to embark on becoming what we're capable of becoming as a football program day-by-day and chasing and winning championships."

Since taking over in Knoxville, Heupel has introduced multiple unique strategies to build trust, increase competition, and improve the chemistry around his new program.

Heupel took part in a dodge ball tournament with his players, gathered them in Neyland stadium to watch the Super Bowl on the jumbotron, brought in soldiers to teach workout accountability, and today, utilized a new way to build trust, as his players wore a blindfold and communicated to navigate an obstacle course.

"The Program, LLC." was brought in to ogranize the event. Acccording the their twitter profile, "Our Mission is to develop better leaders and create more cohesive teams."
