Josh Heupel has been a busy man since arriving in Knoxville on Wednesday afternoon. He has made multiple staff decisions, and he continues to work the phones in recruiting. Heupel was in attendance at 18th-ranked Tennessee's home matchup against 15th-ranked Kansas.
