David Sanders Jr. Finalizes Spring Visits

2025 five-star offensive tackle David Sanders Jr. (Charlotte, N.C.) has scheduled several unofficial visits, including one with the Tennessee Volunteers.

Providence Day School offensive tackle David Sanders Jr. is the No. 1 name in Tennessee recruiting circles right now. The coveted prospect has long been discussing a return trip to Knoxville and has finally scheduled one after a few months of sorting out his schedule.

Sanders will visit a litany of SEC powers this offseason while also visiting the Clemson Tigers. Clemson, Georgia, and Tennessee are pacing this battle, while Alabama and South Carolina are playing catchup. Tennessee offensive line coach Glen Elarbee and company have done everything up to this point and piqued Sanders' interest.

Brentwood Academy quarterback George MacIntyre continues to be a pivotal factor in this battle. MacIntyre committed to the Vols in January and ranks as the No. 14 prospect in the 2025 class, according to the 247Sports' Composite Rankings. He has a strong relationship with Sanders and has been pitching to him about the opportunities awaiting him on Rocky Top.

Sanders is expected to officially visit Tennessee, though that trip hasn't yet been finalized. He ranks as the No. 2 prospect in the 2025 class and has been in the national limelight since his freshman season of high school.
